2. SocialGest LLC and its affiliated companies are not responsible for the use that each individual decides to make of the services of Facebook, X, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Telegram, Pinterest, TikTok as a user.

3. SocialGest is not responsible for the content that each individual decides to upload to their social media accounts using our services.

4. SocialGest operates in accordance with the guidelines of social networks such as X, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Telegram, and TikTok. However, due to the nature of the services provided by these companies and their way of operating, SocialGest cannot be held responsible if, for any reason, the services of SocialGest fail or change their operation due to these third parties.

5. SocialGest provides users with social media metrics visualization based entirely on the data provided by the social networks themselves through their official integration APIs. Therefore, it is not responsible for variations that may occur in the sections related to metrics and statistics.

6. SocialGest guarantees the security and privacy of passwords, content, and any information that customers upload or place on the SocialGest online platform. We encourage the use of strong passwords with alphanumeric characters and both uppercase and lowercase letters. As well as the activation of 2FA.

7. Payment for the service is only possible on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.

8. Once a service order has been paid for, no monetary refunds or returns will be made for any reason.

9. Any user of the platform who in any way attempts fraudulent use of it will be warned, and if there is no response to the warning, their SocialGest account will be suspended without the right to appeal.

10. SocialGest guarantees a prompt and timely response to any system failures that may occur.

11. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user understands that the services of SocialGest may experience failures.

12. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

13. Prices may change without prior notice.

14. Automatic payment subscriptions must be cancelled by the user in the system, in the shopping cart area, or directly on the corresponding payment platform. We are not responsible for the user´s failure to cancel automatic payments.

15. SocialGest reserves the right to provide the service of its platform as it sees fit.

16. You use SocialGest´s service at your own risk and knowledge. We are not responsible for the malfunction of third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Linkedin, Telegram, TikTok, Google Drive, Dropbox, Bitly, or others that have integration with our services.
